We host a variety of wellbeing events. These focus on promoting positive mental health and wellbeing through creative practices such as art, crafts, mindfulness, movement and play.

Past Activities & Resources

Our resources cover a range of different key topics and celebrations. Check out some examples of our past free activities and resources.

Having KyAnn Wellbeing at your Events

As well as hosting our own wellbeing events, we can also provide creative activities at any event we are having a stall at.

Not only will we have a variety of affordable mental health and wellbeing products available to purchase, we will be also be there to offer support and signposting advice to anyone in need; therefore helping you and your organisation promote social responsibility by providing resources that benefit the wider community.

Just choose between the options below and then email us at info@kyannwellbeing.co.uk with information on your preferred option, date and time of event, the potential number of visitors, and the age range to be catering for, and we'll check availability and get back to you.

Our resources are suitable for both adults and children, however, they are not suitable for those aged under 3. When used by under-18s, adult supervision is recommended, as our resources are aimed to be used therapeutically, and are therefore not intended to be used as toys. It's all about being open about our feelings and talking more. However, our resources are not intended to replace professional support, so if you are struggling with any aspect of your mental health and wellbeing we suggest you seek professional advice.
