ABOUT US

At KyAnn Wellbeing we create tried and tested resources that aim to focus on exploring the different dimensions of wellbeing. We are a family-run business, made up of qualified practitioners who are highly trained and experienced in youth work, education, culinary arts, healthcare, mental health, and wellbeing.

Our resources encourage openness and communication. They allow users to gain a better understanding of what wellbeing means to them, giving them the opportunity to learn and develop techniques and strategies that can improve their overall wellbeing. We deliver these through information and advice, activity ideas, worksheets, products, and events, all aimed at individuals who want to promote positive wellbeing within themselves and others, as well as, parents, carers, and professionals who are looking for resources to support their children and clients.

We aim to cover wellbeing issues, such as keeping safe, looking after our bodies, healthy eating recipes, bereavement and mental health, as well as provide fun activities and cover annual celebrations. In addition to this, we offer information and signposting to those who are struggling. By offering a one-stop shop for affordable wellbeing focused information and resources, we aim to promote and encourage better overall wellness.

THE IMPORTANT STUFF

Our resources are suitable for both adults and children, however, due to small parts they are not suitable for those aged under 3. When used by under-18s, adult supervision is recommended, as our resources are aimed to be used therapeutically, and are therefore not intended to be used as toys. It's all about being open about our feelings and talking more. However, our resources are not intended to replace professional support, so if you are struggling with any aspect of your mental health and wellbeing we suggest you seek professional advice.
